In order for us to enhance our ability to tailor the Services to an individual’s preference, we combine information about the purchasing habits of users with similar information from our affiliates, to create a personalised user profile. We communicate with users to provide requested services and regarding issues relating to their account via email or phone. You agree we may listen to and record phone conversations you have with us for training or to test the quality of our service.
